Background

Denise has worked as a Management & Personal Development Trainer and Consultant since 1990 in both the public and private sectors. Working within teams and departments, Denise has assessed and delivered an extensive range of training and management programmes and initiatives.

In addition, Denise was a registered accredited counsellor with BACP for over eleven years. Her counselling experience extended to: Managing an occupational health counselling service, running a private practice and providing supervision.

• Investigation into Sources and Levels of Organisational Stress Policy development and implementation. Training for Managers and Staff in Risk Assessment in the H.S.E. Stress Management Standards.
• Training Consultant and Train the Trainer training for The Suzy Lamplugh Trust providing training and consultancy to: private companies, local authorities, charities, housing associations, local communities and conference delegates.
• Programme manager for local authority in-house MBA Programme in conjunction with Wolverhampton University.
